2021: I was too quick — Day 6

Yesterday I wrote my story in the morning, which was good because I wanted to record what was Day 5 — but then I had this amazing day and I couldn’t record it — well not here anyway.

Funnily enough as I’m typing this I have forgotten all the things but then they appeared. I had someone tell me that she shares my granola recipe — which they’ve named ‘Sue’s Granola’ — and my story with her friends, plus she made it and gave it to her friends for Christmas — My heart was bursting and I was crying — that’s amazing!!

Then I had another person tell me I was so kind because I didn’t have a go at her for not listening to my podcast, that I celebrated her taking time out for herself, she was shocked and then made it a priority to listen to my podcast. Bless her — life is to be lived your way people.

I also wrote up and recorded 2 podcast episodes for a new series I’m doing. It was a beautiful process and I loved to see the flow of it plus the value that I’m adding to the world — priceless.

We had an afternoon swim in our beautiful pool. It was fun playing games in the pool with Teddy and cuddling Chris, I just love that connected family time.

Now for today, I’m really proud of myself for:

  • Getting my Soul Hour lead page (plus the thank you page and the email) done. I’ve been procrastinating on it for hours!! Ok days!
  • Saying sorry to Chris and realising that the issue I have about his request (to put the cable back into the computer) is my issue not his — so I need to do my thought work.
  • Sitting down and being disciplined — well somewhat — I wrote 2 blog posts today, I didn’t get an email out to my community — I need to do that tomorrow!

I’ve done a lot of work over the last 2 days, it’s been really satisfying and I’m excited about what I’m creating. I’m loving reading my book too and just being. I know I want to ‘be’ more and it’s the balance between ‘be’ and ‘do’ that I’m creating this year.

I’m also craving chocolate…so I’ll allow that craving (writing it down and not eating it) and then have a cup of Calming Organic tea xo

PS. I’m a fan of Love Tea — in case you were wondering xo
